1 messuage, 2 acres of land and 1 acre and 1 rood of pasture lying at Elverton in the vill ('villa') and parish of Stone next Ospringe, of which 1 acre and 1 rood of land with the messuage lie with the land late of Margery atte Monkes to south, the land of Thomas Whitlok' to north and the land of the prior and convent of Canterbury Cathedral Priory to east, the pasture lies west of the said messuage and land, ½ an acre of land lies with the priory's land to east and north, the land of the heirs of John Frogenale to south and the pasture to west and the other rood of land lies with the priory's land to south, west, north and east.
