Part of Richard's name, part of date and some witnesses' names supplied from registered versions.] For 1acre of land in Elverton [in Stone by Faversham] called 'leuordesacr', lying with the land of William barun to east, the stream ('flumen') called 'ate welle' to west, William's land to north and the land of William and John the shoemaker ('Sutor') to south. Dated Mar 1285, no day.
