Description | From: Robert of Elverton To: Bertram de Twitham
Robert has enfeoffed Bertram in ½ an acre of land in Stone by Faversham parish in a field called 'Suthfelde'. If Robert has paid Bertram 20s on 29 Sep next and for the past 6 years ('ad sex annos revolutos'), Bertram will return the land to him and the charter granting it and the seisin will be void. If Robert does not pay Bertram the money, the land will remain to Bertram and Bertram will pay Robert 10s in addition to the 30s he has already paid. Bertram's part of indenture.
