1½ acres of land in the field called 'Westfeld' in Elverton [in Stone by Faversham], with the land of Nicholas of Elverton to west, the land of the heirs of Thomas of Elverton to east, the land of Richard Peyfrer to south and the land of the heirs of Godfrey of Elverton to north. For a term of 9 years, in exchange for a payment of 5 marks. The amount is to be reduced by 3s a year for each year of the term and the remainder is to be repaid to Randal at the end of the term. If Beatrix fails to repay the money, she grants that Randal shall hold the land for another 9 years. Randal receives the land with the consent of the prior and convent. Priory's part of indenture.
