Description | From: Stephen, king of England
Addressed to the Bishop of Norwich, the justices, earls, barons, and ministers, and all his faithful men of Norwich and Suffolk. The king confirms a gift of land in Deopham which Henry de Ria made to the monks of Canterbury Cathedral Priory in exchange for land in Mulbarton ['Mucheberdestona'] which Hubert, Henry's father, gave them on his death.
