For 2 messuages and 1 toft and all messuages and tenements which the priory holds in the city of Canterbury or the suburb of the same which were of Philip his father or Matilda his mother. John will also warrant the lands for £10 paid to him [by the priory].
Given at Canterbury, the king's justices then being on circuit there ('itinerans ibidem').
