For the messuage which Ralph the ox ('bos') holds in St Mary Northgate parish [in Canterbury] outside the gate of Northgate. Also for the messuage which was of Warren his father, lying with the messuage of Gilbert the parmenter ('parmentarius') to north and the messuage which was of Ralph the ox to south. Made at the court of the prior of Canterbury Cathedral Priory. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Canterbury charters.]
