The messuage with houses on it which fell to her after the death of John, her brother, in St Mary Northgate parish [in Canterbury], lying with the tenement of William of Loose to east, the messuage of Robert Lardiner to west, the land of the heirs of Michael de Refrector' to north and the king's highway to south. The grant is made for the maintenance of 2 torches for the altar of St Mary in the nave of the cathedral. Dated 1279, no month.
