5½ acres of land in St Martin's parish in the suburbs of Canterbury, in a field called 'Bernstallesfeld' lying with Alexander and Sweta's land to west, Ralph's land to east, the marsh ('Brokus') of John de Grundesburg to south and the king's highway to north. For an annual payment of ¼d as a quit-rent ('Forgabulum'), payable as specified. For this Ralph has also paid 12 marks as a gersum fine. Dated 15Edw[I], no month.
