The land lies in the parishes of St Martin's next to Canterbury and Sturry, with the priory's pasture to south and east, the priory's pasture called 'Sharemede' to north and the king's highway to west. Reserving to the abbey the rents and services due to it. The priory grants the abbey a payment of 20d as often as the prior's office is vacant, with right of distraint if payment in arrears.
