5 acres of land in St Martin's parish in the suburbs of Canterbury, lying in the field called 'Crouchefeld', which he had of the gift of Constance who was the wife of Baldwin atte Bore and afterwards of John Stace of Canterbury. The grant is made with the licence of Henry IV, dated the 9th year of his reign [1407-1408]. Given at 'Chele' in St Martin's parish.
