Eustace's by-name and names of some witnesses taken from registered versions.] For a piece of meadow in St Mildred's parish ('parochia predicta') which John son of Eustace locarius of Wincheap [in Canterbury], deceased [Eustace], granted William and Matthew, as is contained in his grant. For this the priory has paid 20s to William and Matthew on behalf of St Mildred's church The quitclaim is made with the consent and in the name of all the parishioners of St Mildred's parish. Sealed with the seals of William and Matthew and the rural dean of Canterbury [none present.] No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Canterbury charters.]
