The grant is made by virtue of Joan's testament. No date. [Date: handwriting.] Original dated 19 Mar 1396.

Endorsed with a note that the document relates to the bounds of the priory's land in 'Wynchepefeld' which William Benet concealed for a long time, another note that Richard Collibrand seals with a red seal engraved with a paschal lamb, and the figure 4807 in mid 15th cent hands.
