A messuage outside Worthgate [in Canterbury], lying with the messuage which was of William bellard to south, the messuage of Agnes daughter of William Bellard to north, the king's highway to east and the land of Nicholas de herford to west. For an annual payment of 9d, payable as specified. Made and recorded at the hundred court of Worthgate. For this Adam has also paid 14s as a gersum fine. No date.
