For 3 acres of land lying outside Worthgate [in St Mildred's parish, Canterbury] of the holding ('tenementum') of William son of Osbert, which Reginald held of Walter by inheritance and for that meadow which was Reginald's pledge ('vadimonium') and which is of the holding of Canterbury Cathedral Priory. Reserving 5 acres of meadow which Richard brother of the abbot of St Augustine's Abbey holds of Reginald. For this Walter has paid 6 marks as a gersum fine. Dated 2HenIII, no month.
