An acre of meadow in the suburbs of Canterbury at Wincheap, lying with the meadow of Clemence ('Clemencia') Petyt to east, the priory's meadow to west, the meadow of Annabel daughter of William le Brewere to north and the priory's meadow to south. For an annual payment of 7d, payable as specified to Henry of Eastry. For this the priory has paid 60s. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Canterbury charters.]
