The land which he bought of Adam pikenoth in Wincheap [in Canterbury], lying with the priory's land which was of William Bellard to south, the priory's land which was of Denis Ruthhiaved to north, the land which was of Nicholas de Herford to west and the king's highway to east, for which land the heirs of Eilard of Westenhanger ('Ostringhangre') [in Stanford] pay the priory's treasurers an annual payment of 13d.
