Given in both languages. Confirming to Archbishop Ralph d'Escures and the priory monks the lands and privileges which they had under Edward the Confessor and William I. Addressed to his bishops, earls, thanes, sheriffs and other subjects, English and Latin, in the shires where they hold land. Dated Jan, no year. [Later version of DCc-ChAnt/C/7.
