John Edmonde will make a good estate in the land by 25 Dec next, discharged of all charges except an annual payment of 15s to the prior of the cathedral priory and arrears of £8 9s, due before the making of these presents. John Edmonde covenants that he will be seised of the lands in trust for John Hales. He also covenants that he will deliver the documents to John Hales by 2 Feb next. For this John Hales has paid £20.
