Conditions on repairs and other conditions. Right of distraint and re-entry if payment in arrears, Joan dies within the term or the tenement ceases to be used as a bakehouse. Joan and Thomas Gyllam' of Canterbury have made a bond in 40s to observe the terms of the lease. If Joan marries during the term and, within 3 months of the marriage, her husband finds 2 sureties to bind themselves to the priory to observe the covenants in the lease, the lease shall remain valid for the whole term. Otherwise it shall be void. Priory's part of indenture.
