Payable as specified for 1 acre of land, a messuage which was of Ralph Ket, a curtilage and a messuage. For an annual payment of ½d, payable as specified. Made and recorded at the hundred court of Northgate ward ('Bertha') and Canterbury Cathedral Priory's court of Colton [in Canterbury]. For this Simon has also paid 3s as a gersum fine. No date.
