For a term of 30 years. For an annual payment of 12d, payable as specified in the priory's treasury at Canterbury. Richard binds himself, the tenement and his goods to make this payment and grants a right of distraint to the king. Right of re-entry to priory if payment in arrears. Conditions on sub-letting. The lease is made with the consent of the prior and convent.
