If Elisha exhibits his presentation to the archbishop of Canterbury and seeks to be instituted and inducted to the rectory within 3 months, so that the rectory and the dean and chapter's right to present to it do not lapse through his fault, and if he gives the dean and chapter notice within 1 month after he leaves or resigns, the bond shall be void.
