4 acres of land of 'Orsfolde', lying with the land of the archbishop of Canterbury to west, the priory's land to east, the land of Simon son of Walter to south and the way called 'Mellestrete' to north. For an annual payment of 4s and 2 hens, payable as specified in the priory's treasury and on St Dunstan's altar, and an annual payment of 1d as a quit-rent, payable as specified to Warren in Stablegate. Made and recorded at the prior's capital court. For this the priory has also paid 12 marks as a gersum fine. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Canterbury charters.]

Endorsed with description, stating that the land is at 'Horsfolde' and that the grant relates to Barton manor, in early and late 13th cent hands.
