1 acre of land outside Canterbury, lying in the field called 'symetunesfeld'' between the priory's land and the land called 'Hudehamme'. For an annual payment of ½d as a quit-rent ('forisgabulum'), payable as specified at the gate of the priory's barton ('ad portam bertone'). Made and recorded at the prior's capital court ('captialis Curia'). For this Mgr Alexander of Oxford ('Oxonie'), the priory's bartoner ('custos bertone'), has also paid 40s as a gersum fine. No date.
