To the priory's manor of Colton for that land which lies in 'Baggeberi' [New Ruttington Lane] with the land of Martin the clerk to west, the land of Everard son of Smaleman to east, the land of the archdeacon of Canterbury to south and the king's highway to north. Made and recorded at the court baron ('halimotum') of Colton. For this 'Dominus' Guy, warden of Colton manor ('custos dicte coltone'), has paid 14s on the priory's behalf as a gersum fine. No date.
