A messuage 12 perches long and 6 perches wide, lying between the priory's orchard and the king's highway which goes to Longbridge ('longebregge'). Made at the court of Colton and recorded in the priory's court, Henry of Ospringe then being steward. The grant is made for his soul and the souls of his father and mother and all his predecessors. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Canterbury charters.]
