Reginald quitclaims to the priory's manor of Colton for an annual payment of 8d, payable by the archdeacon of Canterbury for certain land lying between the land of Ascelin and the land of Everard son of Smalman. For this 'Dominus' Guy, priory monk and warden of Colton manor ('custos dicte coltone'), has also paid 16d as a gersum fine. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Canterbury charters.]
