The land Richard held of John son of Vivian, lying next to Jacob's on the left side as men enter Stour Street ('vicum qui anglice appellatur hethenmannelane') and next to the High Street ('magnum vicum'). For an annual payment of 4s 6d, payable as specified and reserving a quit-rent of 6d. For this Jacob has also paid 8½ marks as a gersum fine. Hebrew phrase on plica to right. No date.
