His part of the foundry ('funtorium') of Canterbury and claim to the foundry and its forges ('fabrica') which he had of the demise of William son of William-the-tailor ('scissor') of 'Codstede' and John, Robert, Baldwin and Ralph, brothers of the same William de Codestede. Also the part of the foundry which he had of the demise of 'Dominus' William of Otterden, knight, which William of Otterden had of the demise of the heirs of John tourte, in All Saints parish. For an annual payment of 3 peppercorns, payable as specified. For this John has also paid 100s as a gersum fine. 'All' on plica in 17th cent hand. Dated 56HenIII, no month.
