Large area of text lost.] A piece of land in St Alphege parish [Canterbury], lying between Simon's land and the land which was of Henry the goldsmith ('aurifaber') and between Robert's land and the land of the capital messuage of Luke, his father [dimensions given, but document damaged. Possibly 32 feet wide.] For an annual payment of 8d, payable as specified. For this Simon has also paid 1 mark as a gersum fine. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Canterbury charters.]
