An annual payment of 6s 2d, payable to Laurence de Welles, the heirs of Asketin of Thanet and William de Ressburne and payable by Goldwin the mercer ('mercerius'), Swan ('Suanus') the mercer ('mercerius') and Thomas the glazier ('vitrearius'). Payable as specified for a messuage at 'Andresgate' in St Andrew's parish, a stone messuage in St Andrew's parish, a messuage in St Andrew's parish in a lane next to the messuage of John Pikenot and land in St Andrew's parish lying between the land which was of Robert son of Emma and the land of John Pollard. The grant is made to God and St Thomas Becket and for Eudo's souls and the souls of all his ancestors. Made and recorded at the borough moot of the city of Canterbury. No date.
