Some witnesses' names supplied from registered versions.] For land with buildings built or to be built on it in wood and stone in St Andrew's parish, Canterbury, lying with the stone house of Goldwin the mercer ('mercerius') to south and St Andrew's church to north, lying in the king's highway and extending to east upon the same street to the messuage of Walter le Cuvreur from the way which goes from St Andrew's church to St Margaret's church. She also confirms the grant which Ralph made of that land to the prior and convent of Canterbury Cathedral Priory. Made and recorded in the hundred court of Newingate ward and the borough moot of the city of Canterbury. No date. [Date: dates of Arnold and Charles as bailiffs of Canterbury.]
