For annual payments of 8s 9d to the heirs of Terricus the goldsmith ('aurifaber'), and 1d to Ethelstan, payable as specified. Made and recorded at the priory's court, Henry of Ospringe steward ('tunc senescallus'), and also at the borough moot ('burghemotus') of the City of Canterbury, 'Dominus' James ('Jamus'), the king's clerk of the city, then holding court.
