A piece of land 104 feet long and 60½ feet wide in St Andrew's parish by Butchery Lane ('sunwineslane'), lying with the priory's stone house which William its bedel ('bedellus noster') held to north, the high street ('magna strata') to south, the stone house of Robert the chamberlain ('camerarius') to west and Butchery Lane [to east?]. For an annual payment of 34s, payable as specified in the priory's treasury. No date. [Date: Geoffrey's dates as prior.]
