The priory asks to be able to receive the messuage in part satisfaction of the lands to the value of 10 marks. The lands are worth 6s 8d a year, as established by an inquisition held by William Trussel, the king's escheator on this side of the Trent, and are valued at 8s in part satisfaction of the 10 marks.
