The moiety of the messuage with the garden lies at 'Wercupe' with the donor's land to east, the land of Henry de Werecupe to west, the king's highway to north. 10 acres lie at 'Werecupe', with the land of Richard Bere of Chilham to south, the land of Robert Bere to east, the land of Richard Baroun to north, and a river to west.
8 acres lie with the donor's land to north, the land of Robert le Bere to south, 'Brettheg'' wood to east, and the king's highway to west.
