In exchange Henry grants to the priory 6 acres 1 rood of meadow with a way in 'Clyvesmed'' in Chartham parish. In 4 parcels, with abutments of each given. Thomas Staple had these by the gift of John Gige of Chartham. For a term of 99 years, for an annual payment of 18s 9d. Right of distraint. Priory's part of indenture.
