(1) Charter of Thomas, prior of St Gregory's, and his convent. As DCc-ChAnt/W/225. They will protect the cathedral priory's aqueduct which passes through their orchard. They will also give the cathedral priory annually a basket of the best fruit. Also they will pay an annual payment for lands as specified. Dated Jul 1227.
(2) Chirograph between the two priories concerning enclosing and fencing the garden of St Gregory's, and the cathedral priory's aqueduct. As DCc-ChAnt/W/226. With witness list. Dated [Feb] 1234.
(3) Exchange between the cathedral priory and St Gregory's of land and payments in Canterbury, as specified. Includes payment payable by St Gregory's to the bartoner of the cathedral priory. Dated 31 Oct 1351. |
