DescriptionVolume, incomplete, containing transcripts of records of leases made between 1310 and 1473 of various priory manors. Presumably from register. Not in date order. Datable by handwriting 1475x1525. Annotations concerning expiry of leases in other hands.

On separate leaf, transcripts of 3 documents relating to St Gregory's Priory, Canterbury. Datable by handwriting 1500x1550.

(1) Charter of Thomas, prior of St Gregory's, and his convent. As DCc-ChAnt/W/225. They will protect the cathedral priory's aqueduct which passes through their orchard. They will also give the cathedral priory annually a basket of the best fruit. Also they will pay an annual payment for lands as specified. Dated Jul 1227.

(2) Chirograph between the two priories concerning enclosing and fencing the garden of St Gregory's, and the cathedral priory's aqueduct. As DCc-ChAnt/W/226. With witness list. Dated [Feb] 1234.

(3) Exchange between the cathedral priory and St Gregory's of land and payments in Canterbury, as specified. Includes payment payable by St Gregory's to the bartoner of the cathedral priory. Dated 31 Oct 1351.
