5 virgates of land lying in 'thuroldesdane', with the land of Henry de pirie and the land of Vincent poteman to east, the land of the demesne of Chartham to west and north, and the land of Hamo Walden' to south. Also 1 virgate of woodland, lying with the wood of Chartham called 'elmeswode' to north, the wood of the heirs of Edward de la forestalle to south, the wood of Thomas de sapindon' to east, and the king's highway to west. Also their part of 'Childemelle' which was of Baldwin, their father, except for their right to the hand mill. For the almonry for the use of the poor. No date. [Date: handwriting.]
