½ acre of wood. Lying with the wood of Gilbert truci to south and east, the donor's wood to north, and the king's highway to west. For an annual payment of ½d in the priory treasury. Recorded in Chartham court. For this the priory has paid 1 mark as a gersum fine. Dated 1249, no month.

Endorsed with description, Chartham, note that document in duplicate, and note of registration in 13th cent hands. Land described as given in exchange for 1½ virgates in Chartham which Ralph le Lepere sold to the priory and for which the priory should warrant to Robert.
