Lying in length between the demesne of the court and the land of Robert, his brother, with the land of the sons of Alice to south, and with the demesne of Chartham court to north. Given to Hugh, [II], almoner. Warranty by ('per') ½ virgate of land in 'Buvehache'. Made in Chartham court. Dated incompletely as 1000, no month. [Date: handwriting. Hugh II is recorded as almoner in the 1220s.]
