½ acre 1½ virgates of woodland in Denge on the northern side. ½ acre lies with the wood which the priory bought from Hamo the fat to south, and the wood of Robert son of William to north. 1½ virgates lie with the wood of the heirs of John the mason, of which the priory bought half from John, John's son, to south, the wood of Robert son of William to north, the wood as above bought from Hamo to east, and a lane to west. For an annual payment of 1d at the priory treasury. Recorded in Chartham court. For this the priory has paid 20s as a gersum fine. No date. [Date: handwriting.]
