For 1 acre of land, 1 acre of meadow and payments of 2d and 1 hen in Chartham. The land lies with the priory's land called 'Malerasesland' to east and west, the priory's land to north, and the land of Thomas ysenbarn to south. The meadow lies in Shalmsford 'brock' pasture, which is of the priory. The payments are from land called 'Theghe', lying with 'Wercope' tenement to south, and the king's highway to north.
To be held together with a way measuring 4ft wide, leading from the king's highway northwards to the meadow. For this the priory has paid 10s as a gersum fine. No date. [Date: handwriting.]
