An annual payment of 6s, payable by the heirs of Baldwin underdune, the heirs of Simon de sapindune, and the heirs of Nigel de sapindune for land called 'satholand'. Made in Chartham court. For this Nigel, almoner, has released him from an annual payment of 12d which he used to pay the almonry for land lying beside the entrance of Nicholas's capital messuage in St Alphege's parish [Canterbury]. Nigel has also given him 43s as a gersum fine. No date. [Date: handwriting. Nigel Wireker was almoner in 1215-1216 (Greatrex, p320).]
