A piece of woodland and a piece of land which contain 2 acres in the holding of Chartham. Lying with the priory's wood to east, the land of John atte Stegele to north, 'inter... terram in eam propriam' to west, and the street of 'Bredebergesdane' to south. He places 4 acres of land at 'Hassat' in 'Goldresdane' as surety for distraint. Lying with the land of John atte Stegele to north, and the street of 'Bredehamme' to south. Dated 16EdwI, no month.
