Her son, King Richard I, is detained by the Roman Emperor. The cathedral priory's men have helped with the fortification of Canterbury. This help was offered by the priory and was not demanded as a right or custom. No date. [Date: Richard's imprisonment. See Richardson, as below, p201.] Seal bag 13 was formerly used for this document.
