Addressed to the hall-moot of Chartham. The priory has granted in gavelkind to Samson de Gestlinge and Walter and Richard de leia and Folpricus 93 acres of marsh in their demesne at Snargate in 'Snavewareland'. Except for 25 acres which they have demised to their men of Chartham. For an annual payment of 54s 3d, that is 7d an acre. Conditions on walling against salt and fresh water, and terms of joint tenure. Details of land placed as surety. No date. [Date: Prior Alan's dates.]
