Also by royal licence, the priory granted to Thomas these properties as well as Little Chart manor and a payment of 4s 3d called Anniversary Rent. For an annual payment of £18 4s 3d. Rights of distraint and re-entry. Further conditions of tenure given, including details of patronage of Little Chart church. The priory binds itself in 1000 marks and Thomas in 100 marks.
