For the lands and tenements which fell as his share after the death of William of Worten, his brother, at Upton and 'Hertesland'' in the priory's holding in Great Chart parish. Lying with the priory's land to east and north, the land of Henry de shyteryndenne to south and the lands of John of Goldwell and of John de Shyteryndenne, junior, to west.
